A.F.A aka Blue Green Algae
The freshwater alga Aphanizomenon Flos-Aquae (AFA) grows in a unique habitat in south central Oregon, in the United States. Away from industrial pollution, at an altitude of 1300 meters, the lake KLAMATH meets all the conditions for photosynthesis, with a depth of 110 to 120m and a perfect sunshine allowing water to heat quickly.
